Adventures in Washington

We returned to Washington to vacation with the Ironmen (Adam's good buddies from Pepperdine) and their families in Hansville, Washington. The Ironmen Summit is a biennial summer event and our crew has grown by three since the last gathering in Heber, Arizona. Special thanks to the Myers family for being such great hosts. Check out Reuben's blog for some photo journalism from the trip. Tyson and I extended our trip a few extra days to relax in the cool weather before I returned for work.

Happy Anniversary!

Unfortunately, Adam and I are away from each other on our 4th Anniversary. We did get to celebrate our Anniversary early on Monday night with a great dinner on the Kirkland Waterfront. I miss you Adam and can't wait to see you on Sunday!

Woodinville

While Adam was up in Minnesota for work, Tyson and I traveled to Washington to spend some time with family and friends. Tyson enjoyed meeting Uncle Brian, Uncle Kevin, and Great Uncle Vikee. We enjoyed the summer weather, along with a visit to the petting zoo, and a trip to downtown Seattle to meet Grandpa Tober for lunch.

Month Two Rewind

Discovering his hands and fingers

Nap time

Enjoying his chair

Relaxing in his robe after a bath

His serious face

Tyson loves: looking at fans and blinds, licking bath water, laying on anything soft, toys that have lights, and eating.

Tyson doesn't love:
burping and gas, the bright AZ sun in his eyes, and wearing shoes.

Tender moments:
hearing his first cooing sounds and giggles and observing him focus on people.
