I believe it will open your eyes and push you to reflect on your own educational history, as well as, challenge you to think about our public school system and what role you want to play in it. What I like about this documentary is that it highlights that our nation's education system has problems that are vast, complex, urgent, and difficult to solve. The bottom line is that the system is broken and not every student in our country is receiving an excellent education. What our public school system needs TODAY are great teachers, prepared students, excellent schools, and increased literacy.
